Men's Fellowship Breakfast

The men of our church had their first fellowship breakfast this morning. I heard the food was great. The chefs of the Vineyard did a great job. When I arrived to get ready for the baby shower the men were all smiling and laughing. I could tell they all had a good time. Andres shared a message with them. Greg said it was a very good morning.

Shower for Shannon

We had a luncheon and baby shower for Shannon Toledo today. It was a wonderful time of food, fellowship and the cutest baby stuff. They have some amazing things now for babies that they did not have when I had my kids.

Favor and Blessings from the Lord

This past week I have had amazing things happen for our church and our outreach ministries. Beginning on Monday I had a call from a local dairy farmer who donated an entire beef cut and wrapped for our food giveaways. I then got a call from our local Smart and Final for us to pick up some baby food and a turkey. Greg went to get the stuff and there were 27 turkeys not 1. We are well on our way to having enough turkey's for our Thanksgiving boxes. We also had a sheep donated cut and wrapped to giveaway. All of this happened on Monday. Then as many of you know we are converting our pantry space into Sunday School classrooms. We were needing room dividers so I went to price some at our local California Office Liquidaters here in Tulare. I was sharing with the owner about our new direction for our outreach ministries and what we were needing the dividers for and guess what. He donated 17 room dividers to us. They are free. He was selling them for $49.99 per section. He donated all 17 sections. It was amazing! God is so good. He knows our needs. He knows our hearts. As a church we are daily listening for His voice to lead guide and direct us.
